Here's the recipe for a great tasting, healthy dip for pita chips, crackers or even tortillas. The ratio of ingredients isn't set in stone. Feel free to add/subtract anything you like. 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup lemon juice BLEND 1 garlic clove 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt BLEND/SCRAPE/BLEND 1/2 can chickpeas BLEND another 1/2 can chickpeas BLEND 3 teaspoons water BLEND add paprika/more olive oil for taste If you like coffee, then you'll love the AeroPress. Using this overgrown syringe can give you a strong, clean cup of coffee. It's like making an espresso without spending $300 on a large contraption (although techincally speaking it isn't an espresso).
