I have finally discovered the answer to my one issue with s'mores! Don't get me wrong, I love to make and eat them, but I am always a little disappointed that the chocolate doesn't really melt. But now...may I present to you....BAKED S'MORE DIP!!! The chocolate melts, the marshmallows are grilled to perfection, and you don't even get sticky fingers (if that bothers you). Plus...we all love that campfire taste, but how often are you even able to roast marshmallows these days? We made this trending delicacy from our own kitchen in less than 10 minutes with no dangerous fires, lost marshmallows, or smoky clothing. All you need is a microwavable dish that can also go in your oven or toaster oven. The one we used in the video is made by Corning Ware and has a helpful handle. So treat yourself...or impress your guests with an outdoor summer snack that you can now make any time! Campfire songs optional! P.S. Not until typing out this description did I realize that marshmallows are spelled with an 'A' instead of an 'E" as in marshmellow....which is how I always say it. You learn something every day:) When you're in a pinch, but you still want your morning protein try this easy recipe. Scrambled eggs is a nutritious start to your morning, but who really has the time to do all the work? All you need is a bowl, seasonings and garlic butter (I love anything garlic and butter). Try out this quick tip and you'll be on your way to a productive day. Ingredients: Egg Milk Salt Garlic Bowl Microwave |
