Any coffee will do, but I had a Keurig available at work which made the time to make this go by quickly. A simple mix of strong coffee, hot cocoa mix, and French Vanilla creamer! Use sugar free creamer if you're trying to control your sugar intake. If you want less kick from the coffee, add some hot water...or maybe use decaf instead. Ingredients: 1 Keurig cup of coffee 3 to 4 teaspoons of hot chocolate mix French Vanilla creamer to taste Make your coffee strong at 6 ounces. Add hot chocolate and mix. (Optional) Add some hot water. Add your desired amount of French Vanilla creamer. Mix and enjoy! Check out the video below for the best gingerbread man recipe ever! It's a classic recipe and an easy recipe as well. It takes some time to chill your dough, but other than that it moves fast. It even bakes quite fast as well. This was a fun recipe to put together, and our kids had a fun time helping their mother. Try this out with your kids this holiday season (or just do it yourself). Enjoy! Ingredients: 1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 cup molasses 1 egg 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 1/2 cups flour Beat shortening for 30 seconds to make nice and fluffy. Add sugar, baking powder, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves. Beat for 30 seconds scraping the sides at times. Add molasses, egg, and vinegar and mix some more. Add 1 1/2 cup of flour and mix with mixer. Add 1 more cup of flour and mix by hand. Roll dough into 2 balls, cover, and chill for 3 hours. Roll out dough with a rolling pin to 1/4 inch in height.
