This is a quick recipe to put together when you have family together for breakfast. It's like having monkey bread with some blueberries. The oats give it a "healthy" feel. Try it out the next time you have many people over for breakfast, or you need something for a group coffee session. This coffee cake recipe will always be a hit for anyone you serve! Ingredients: 1 cup melted butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 to 2 containers buttermilk biscuits 1 to 2 containers of blueberries 1 cup oats Melt butter in the microwave and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut buttermilk biscuits into tiny pieces (about 1/6). Dip biscuits into butter and then into brown sugar mix. Grease a 9x13 dish and place biscuits into it in one layer. Top with oats and blueberries. Drizzle any leftover butter and sugar on top. Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes. Remove and serve hot!

During one of the Super Bowl Sunday's I went to Chipotle for one of their tasty Fajita Burrito Bowls. We had quite the blizzard that day and after practically pushing a whole parking lot full of cars I went to the beloved chain for a delicious dinner. I hope you enjoy it! |
