Eggs on a cloud! It's a simple recipe. Actually it's pretty much like sunny side up eggs, except you bake instead of fry so it will be on the healthier side of the recipe spectrum. Ingredients: 2 eggs Separate yolk from egg white Whip up egg whites until you get stiff peaks Add the following seasonings to your taste: Salt Pepper Italian seasoning Garlic powder Parmesan cheese Don't limit yourself to these seasonings. Experiment with some of your favorites. Place on to oiled baking tray or a baking mat Make a well for the yolk Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes Put yolk into well Bake for 2 - 3 minutes more Enjoy!

You've heard of the Denver Omelette. This is the Denver Scramble. It's basically a Denver Omelette that has scrambled eggs instead of making one large egg and folding it. So if you're in a rush and want a classic egg breakfast, then learn how to make a Denver Scramble. You'll be glad you did.
