If you have never had the chance to make scrambled eggs, then check out this video. It's not difficult at all. I usually make it a different way, but a friend of mine told me how his family makes it....right in the pan. He even had a fancy name for it "Huevos Revueltos" (which just means "Scrambled Eggs" in Spanish). Please enjoy this video if you're interested in how to make scrambled eggs (or cómo concinar huevos revueltos for all you Spanish lovers out there). Ingredients: Using low heat scramble 2 eggs in your frying pan. The key is to cook your eggs "Low and Slow" Add salt and pepper to taste Top with cheddar cheese

This post is for those of you who like chocolate, peanut butter, Ovaltine, and ice cream. It is a VERY simple recipe that you can whip up at home on those very hot summer days, or if you have a wife who is craving some ice cream during her third trimester. Just pick up these 4 ingredients and you will be on your way to a tasty treat with this chocolate peanut butter milkshake recipe. Enjoy! Ingredients: 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream 2-3 tablespoons Ovaltine chocolate malt powder 1-2 cups whole milk 1 heaping teaspoon of peanut butter Blend for 45 to 60 seconds Top with whip cream. Drink to your heart's content! What better way to celebrate...and impress...this summer than with your own homemade tortilla chips. These are incredibly easy to make using any type of tortillas you may have on hand. They are also healthier than fried ones, but still have plenty of crunch. Feel free to change up the spices on your own homemade tortillas to your liking. Cumin, black pepper, or cayenne are some tasty alternatives. Once you've made your own chips, you will feel empowered to make your own salsa or guacamole too! Ingredients: 8 corn tortillas cut into eighths brush olive oil on both sides salt chili powder garlic powder squeeze some lime on top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, turning tray half way through. |
