This is an awesome chip dip that is easy to make and a treat for your taste buds! You can add extra seasonings if you wish, but this refried bean chip dip recipe stands well on its own. I hear that if you want it to taste like something from Taco Bell all you need to do is add some Taco Bell Seasoning Mix to your sour cream. Ingredients: 1 can refried beans (about 16 ounces) 2 cups sour cream cheddar cheese green onion sliced black olives diced tomato Spread beans onto a 9 inch pie pan. Spread sour cream next. For all you keto dieters I have the side dish for you! Just add some shredded cheddar cheese to help add to your fat content. Broccoli and cauliflower isn't your normal kid friendly meal, but when you roast it in the oven with a few added seasonings (and some cheese) you get a dish that most every child will enjoy! Ingredients: Cauliflower Broccoli Olive oil Salt Pepper Garlic powder Chop up broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Place onto a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss lightly. Put in the oven at 400 °F for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy! |
