For all you keto dieters I have the side dish for you! Just add some shredded cheddar cheese to help add to your fat content. Broccoli and cauliflower isn't your normal kid friendly meal, but when you roast it in the oven with a few added seasonings (and some cheese) you get a dish that most every child will enjoy! Ingredients: Cauliflower Broccoli Olive oil Salt Pepper Garlic powder Chop up broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Place onto a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss lightly. Put in the oven at 400 °F for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
