Let's be honest...I had you at "Bacon wrapped..." We all love bacon, but it's not always the fanciest looking breakfast item. And wrapping anything around an egg has always seemed too daunting to me. Well, here you have EASY, FANCY, and TASTY all in one dish. How do I know? Because we actually made this BEFORE work on a Friday morning. It's the perfect individual serving (or you can eat 2 like I did), and it can even be eaten on the go if you bake it for the suggested amount. If you prefer your yolks a little softer, cut your bake time down to 15 minutes. This is definitely going to be in my brunch repertoire, and I hope you'll put it in yours. Impress without stress! Ingredients: Bacon Bread Eggs Cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit Cook bacon in medium heat until slightly brown (but not crisp) Butter a muffin tin Flatten bread with a rolling pin, cut out circles, and put into muffin tin Line muffin tin with bacon Crack egg into muffin tin Top egg with cheddar cheese, and any seasonings you wish Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. If you would like a runny egg, then aim for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
