Make this QUICK and EASY recipe for your next barbecue, party, or family dinner. With a 10 minute prep time you can't beat this dish AND it keeps your kitchen nice and cool during the hot summer months. For an added treat serve this side dish with some Jasmine rice and voila...you have yourself a delicious meal. Ingredients: 1 chopped onion 1 lb chopped bacon 1 lb ground beef 1 can kidney beans 2 cans pork and beans 1 cup ketchup 3 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 to 2 teaspoons liquid smoke Brown ground beef and bacon on high with onions. Drain most of the fat. Combine meat with all other ingredients into a slow cooker and mix. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
