Ingredients: 1 onion 1/2 pork loin Salt to taste Cranberry sauce Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp corn starch 1/2 cup water Roughly cut 1/2 the onion and put into crock pot. Cut pork loin into quarters and put into crock pot salting each quarter. Add second half of the onion with cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Cook on high for 6 hours. Remove pork and pull it apart. Add corn starch with water into the stew and mix until you get a thick sauce. Put pork back into the crock pot. Keep at warm until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
