Café Bombón (aka Cortado Condensada) was a recipe created in Valencia, Spain. It spread gradually to the rest of the country, and has been modified throughout Europe and Asia. A café bombón uses espresso served with sweetened condensed milk in a 1:1 ratio whereas the Asian version uses ground coffee and sweetened condensed milk at the same ratio. This recipe uses the Asian version. For café bombón, the condensed milk is added to the espresso, but if you want a layered look pour the milk first. It's basically like Vietnamese Iced Coffee without the ice. Enjoy! Ingredients: Strong coffee 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk Whipped cream Top with cinnamon
