Attention all Paelo People and Vegans!! Looking for a chocolate craving but you don't want dairy or processed sugar? Try this vegan spin on a beloved dessert that won't make you feel guilty. Chia seeds are known as a super food because they are high in calcium and dietary fiber. Cocoa powder is an unsweetened powder produced by grinding cacao beans and pressing out the fat, which gives an intense chocolate taste. Add coconut water with some maple syrup in the mix and you have a creamy chocolate chia seed pudding recipe that's to die for...but you won't because it is so healthy. Enjoy! Ingredients: 1/4 cup Chia Seeds 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder 1 cup Coconut Water 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Cover and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. If you want to thicken up your pudding faster, then add some Almond Meal.
