Every lover of chocolate will not be disappointed with this delicious recipe. I prefer milk chocolate for the molten core of this decadent dessert, but semi-sweet chocolate works just as well. My first experience with this warm melting chocolate cake was on a road trip. We stopped at a Chili's, and I had that for dessert...I was hooked. If it weren't for the risk of diabetes, I would have this chocolate lava cake everyday with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream. Please try this recipe and let me know what you think. Ingredients: 1/4 cup softened margarine 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup self-rising flour 1 tablespoon cocoa Chocolate chips or chocolate squares of your choice. Mix everything together except the chocolate chips/squares. Put half of the batter into a muffin tin. Create a "groove" in the batter for the filling. Place chips/square into the groove. Top with the rest of the batter. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes. Cool off. Top with frosting or dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
