You can't even tell that you're using coconut milk with this awesome recipe. Try it out with honey, maple syrup, stevia, or any sweetener you like. If you want to go the keto route, then skip the honey. I'm not even a coconut fan, and I enjoy this creamer recipe. I hope you do as well. Ingredients: 1 can coconut milk 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (or any sweetener you like) 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Pinch of salt Put everything into a blender, and blend for about 1 minute. Store in an airtight container for a week or so in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!
