We used the skin from the chicken thighs of our Thai Curry Chicken to make a quick, crispy snack! It may not be the healthiest thing to eat, but it was like putting heaven in your mouth. If you would like to learn how to make crispy chicken skin chips, then try out the video below. To make it extra crispy try blanching out as much as the moisture as you can. Enjoy! Ingredients: Chicken skins Garlic powder Onion powder Salt Peel chicken skins. (optional) Blanch skins with boiling water, and wipe dry. Coat with seasonings, and put in frying pan. Cook 3 to 5 minutes each side on high. Drain and serve!
