All you need are sweet potatoes, oil, and a few seasonings. This is such an easy and tasty recipe that you can use as a side or just snack on in the middle of the day. You can soak these in cold water to remove any starch for a crispier fry, but if you chop them into cubes it won't be necessary. Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes 2 to 3 tablespoons of both olive oil and vegetable oil Garlic and onion powder Parmesan cheese Chop up potatoes into cubes or sticks. Heat up oils in a frying pan on high. Add potatoes to oil once they are bubbling a little. Lay potatoes out in one layer so that they are evenly fried. Cover for 3 to 4 minutes. Uncover and mix around so that the oil completely covers the fries. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are slightly charred. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
