This is such an easy recipe that involves bananas, butter, and brown sugar. This is the alcohol free version (no rum) mainly because I didn't want to flambé it and risk burning down my home. Wait until the end and you can see my baby boy try out his first attempt at eating solids. It's a plain banana that my wife mashed. Ingredients: 1 chopped or sliced banana 2 tablespoons butter & 2 tablespoons brown sugar melted on medium heat 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pinch of salt Add banana when your brown sugar starts bubbling Cook 1 to 2 minutes Top onto French Toast, ice cream, or your favorite dessert Enjoy!
