One thing different about this recipe is that I didn't include an egg. Also I used Teriyaki Sauce instead of Soy Sauce. With that said, there isn't a One-Way-Fits-All Recipe when it comes to fried rice, but whatever you do make sure to use COLD RICE. Warm rice makes your dish turn out soggy. I'll probably make something more accurate to what you would get at a Chines restaurant. In the mean time I hope you try out and enjoy this recipe. Ingredients: Half a chopped onion 1-2 tablespoons butter Half a link of Kielbasa (or meat of your choice) Seven sliced mushrooms Two cups broccoli One chopped green pepper Teriyaki Sauce (to taste) 2-3 cups cold rice Garlic salt Ginger Basil Chili powder Lemon pepper Cook in a wok and you're golden!
