Not to worry, this recipe does not call for actual porcupines. This easy to make recipe is made of 100% pure beef. It's, basically, a meatball with rice inside it. Check out the video and you'll see how this meatball recipe is easy to make. Kids love it, it's a party favorite, and no porcupines will be harmed in the making of this recipe! Enjoy! Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1/2 onion chopped 1/3 cup of uncooked rice 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt Black pepper to taste Garlic powder to taste Mix the ingredients, form into meatballs, then pour 2 cans of tomato soup onto the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
