Here’s the best soup for cold symptoms! You can call this the Anti-Flu Soup for this season of life. Whatever you want to name this healthy treat, it’s the best homemade chicken noodle soup recipe. I know because I made this to help my ailing wife as she was suffering through strep throat. It was rough for her so I made this soup to fight flu symptoms (thinking, at first, that she had the flu). Check out this video if you want to learn how to make classic chicken noodle soup today! Ingredients: 4 celery stalks 1 red onion 2 chicken legs Carrots Water Salt to taste Pepper to taste 2 cloves garlic Ramen noodles Roughly cut your vegetables and place into a large pot with your chicken. Fill pot with water until everything is covered. Heat on medium to high heat until your soup starts to boil. Reduce heat to low or medium. Let your soup simmer up to one hour. Add chopped garlic and salt. After 1 hour filter out the vegetables and chicken. Chop your vegetables and shred your chicken. Place everything back into your pot and bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Add noodles and mix until soft. Top with black pepper and enjoy!
