This breakfast delight has its origins in France so I'm told, and apparently it's a hot food item in Japan. I thought that I would try this recipe here, and I wasn't disappointed. It takes a strong arm to make this dish as you are required to whisk these 3 eggs for a good amount of time. Once you get through with that part of the process get ready to be amazed at how light and fluffy this three egg French omelette recipe gets. Just make sure to not touch it while it's cooking. Enjoy and please subscribe if you enjoy this channel! Ingredients: 3 eggs Salt Pepper Mix eggs until volume doubles Cook on low heat Don't touch for 5 minutes Take off heat for 5 minutes (It's still cooking) High heat for 30 seconds
