Steak fries are so easy to make. It can be tricky to get that crispy outside and soft, but not too soft, inside. The key is to rinse out as much starch as you can in a bowl of cold water. The rest is easy. Just fill up a a Ziploc bag with the fries, whatever seasonings you desire, and some olive oil. Then all you do is just shake it until everything is covered. These garlic Parmesan steak fries go well with a freshly made burger. Try it and enjoy! Ingredients: 6 potatoes cut into thick slices Minced garlic Onion powder Sea salt Parmesan cheese Olive oil Rinse potatoes with cold water to remove starch Dry off Combine into a Ziploc bag and shake Lay out in a single layer onto a baking sheet Bake at 450 °F for 20 to 25 minutes flipping half way through Serve and enjoy!
