My family and I went down to Texas to visit my brother, and upon arriving I found that he was preparing a DELICIOUS marinated skirt steak for us! It would be an understatement to say that I was excited about that. This is an easy way to prepare skirt steak. It was marinated in some beer and garlic. The key idea is to not flip it so much. Let the grill do all the work, and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your creation. Enjoy! Ingredients: 2 skirt steaks Beer for marinating 2 to 3 cloves of minced garlic Salt, pepper and granulated garlic Marinate steak in beer and minced garlic for 36 hours. After marinated remove then dry off. Season steaks with equal parts salt, pepper, and granulated garlic on both sides. Grill at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes on each side. Cover until ready to serve.
