This video shows you how to make homemade churros so that you can satisfy your sweet tooth with this butter fried goodness. Ingredients: Melt 6 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Put on medium heat When it simmers turn off heat Add 1 cup flour Mix and let cool Mix in 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk separately Put batter into a ziplock bag Cut the corner for your own diy pastry bag Squeeze out batter into 2 cups canola oil (preheated) Fry at 350 °F for about 3 minutes (or until golden brown) Roll churro in cinnamon sugar (a ratio of 2 tablespoons sugar to 1 teaspoon cinnamon) Enjoy!
