Cocadas is a popular Latin American dessert made mainly of shredded coconut, eggs, and sweetened condensed milk. It's an easy dessert to make when your sweet tooth is aching for something new. You can garnish it with almonds or pecans for some added substance. Ingredients: 2 2/3 cup shredded coconut 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon almond extract Put 1 teaspoon sized balls onto parchment paper Bake at 325 °F for 25 to 30 minutes
