Homemade bread is the stuff of legends! The warmth of the oven, and the smell of the freshly made rolls make this recipe worth the effort. The milk powder is what makes this bread sooo good! This recipe makes 190 rolls. Adjust the ingredients below for how much you would like to make. Ingredients (for 190 rolls) 5 ounces yeast 10 ounces sugar 12 ounces shortening 14 ounces milk powder 5 quarts warm water Flour until dough pulls away from mixing bowl Put yeast and sugar in mixing bowl. Add warm water, then shortening, milk powder, and salt. Turn mixer on low. Add flour until dough pulls completely away from the sides of the mixing bowl. Let dough rise until doubled. Then form into rolls. Preheat oven to 350°F. Let rolls rise again until doubled and then bake for 20 to 25 minutes (until browned on top)
