This pumpkin bread recipe is quick and easy to make, especially during this chilly season. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 2/3 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking power 1/3 cup water 1 cup canned pumpkin Take eggs and beat them. Mix all other ingredients into a bowl. Add the eggs and mix some more. Pour batter into a bread pan. Bake at 350°F for an hour. Bake uncovered for first 1/2 hour. Bake covered for last 1/2 hour. Remove from oven, cool, and serve!
