Try this easy brunch idea at your next family gathering. Nothing says "Good Morning Everybody" like a homemade dish made with breakfast sausage and hash browns. Add some bell peppers, cream of chicken soup and cheese to this recipe and your tummy will be quite satisfied. Ingredients: 1 large bag of hash browns (anything from 32 oz to 40 oz will do) 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 8 oz of colby jack cheese (or any cheese you prefer) 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz sour cream 8 oz cold french onion dip 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes Check to see if it cooked all the way through. If it didn't, then bake another 5 minutes.
