Use those leftover bones to make some chicken stock. There's plenty of nutrients left over FROM your leftovers. By using your slow cooker you can create a healthy base to any soup or recipe needing chicken flavorings. All you do is add the chicken with some veggies and seasoning and you have yourself the perfect chicken stock recipe. Ingredients Leftover chicken and bones 1 large onion 3-4 stalks of celery (including leaves) 3-4 sticks of carrots Garlic Pepper Rosemary (or any other seasonings you like) 4 cups water Roughly chop your vegetables. Add water, chicken, vegetables, and seasonings to a slow cooker. Simmer low for 8 hours. Store and cool.
