This creamy chocolate makes for a great dipping sauce or cake topping if you cool it down then whip it. Chocolate ganache seems like it would be difficult to make, but it's actually VERY simple. All you need is bittersweet chocolate, cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt! The proper way to make ganache is to boil some cream and then pour it onto your chocolate chips, but we went the easy way and used a microwave. Ingredients: 1/2 cup chocolate chips (bitter sweet or semi-sweet) 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 pinch of salt Microwave for 1-2 minutes 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix and enjoy!
