In the crockpot: 1 sliced onion 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup minced garlic 1/4 cup water On each side of your choice of cut pork: 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cumin Rub in spices and do the same for the other side Put pork into the crockpot Add 1 tablespoon liquid smoke Add 1/4 cup barbecue sauce Cook low 6 to 8 hours Remove from crockpot and shred pork with fork Sauce: Pour juice in a saucepan Dissolve 1 tablespoon corn starch in 1/4 cup water Pour into juice and simmer 1-2 minutes Pour some sauce into your shredded pork Use the rest of the sauce to top your sandwich Enjoy!
