Protein for your muscles...check. Sodium for your Central Nervous System...check! Just make sure you drink lots of water AND exercise to reap the benefits of this powerful combination of meat, salt, and eggs. No need for Gatorade when you have a breakfast like Spam and Eggs! I don't recommend eating an entire can of Spam. This recipe fed 3 people so don't go crazy. Now enjoy and be active. Ingredients: 1 can of Spam (or any luncheon meat) cooked on medium to high heat Make sure the meat is nice and crispy before you remove them from the pan Reduce heat to low 1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs Cook low for 2 minutes or so Top eggs with cheese and pepper No extra salt necessary.
