If you've ever had a gyro or some form of kebab, then I'm sure you had tzatziki served with it. It is such a tasty, creamy sauce that adds another level of texture to your meal. You can also use it as a dip for pita bread (check out my previous blog from 9/13/17). If you want to make tzatziki sauce, you'll definitely need some Greek yogurt. To give it some extra creaminess you can add sour cream to the mix. You won't go wrong with that. Take a peek at this video if you would like to learn how to make tzatziki sauce. I'm sure that this cucumber sauce recipe will hit the spot. Ingredients: 1 shredded English Cucumber 1 teaspoon of salt Add salt to cucumber and set aside 10 to 15 minutes Then drain water through paper towel Drain as much water as possible 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt 1/2 cup sour cream 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt to taste Black pepper to taste 2 teaspoons minced garlic Juice from 1/2 lemon 3 to 4 tablespoons dill Mix well Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours Top with more dill
