If you would like to roast peppers quickly, then try using your gas stove. It only takes a few minutes, and you can easily decide when to remove your peppers from the heat. If you stay to the end of the video, you'll see a quick way to peel your pepper skins. If you need some roasted peppers in a snap, then try out this technique! Ingredients: Red Pepper Place pepper directly onto your stove top. Turn heat to medium. Let the pepper sit until it starts to char. You may hear popping which is normal. Remove pepper when it reaches your preference of char. Place into a container and cover for 10 minutes. Remove skin after 10 minutes using a paper towel. It should slide off quite simply.
