Baked zucchini chips are a great low carb snack for any type of diet you're on. You get protein, fiber, and seasoning...a great combination to help you get to your summer body! You don't need to use these seasonings specifically, add any type of seasoning you wish for a great tasting chip. Enjoy! Ingredients: Zucchini 3 eggs Parmesan cheese Seasoned salt Ground black pepper Slice zucchini into chips. If you want crispy chips, then cut thin otherwise give a thicker cut. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, then mix in chips until they are coated. Place chips onto a baking rack, then add cheese, salt, and pepper. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes. Remove, cool, and serve.
