I can attest to the fact that the time will go quickly. If you want to serve a nice meal to your dinner guests, then this lemon garlic chicken recipe is for you. If you want this to be a ketogenic diet, then don't have rice with the meal. Ingredients: Cube 4 chicken breasts 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt Mix well Heat oven to medium setting Cook for 10 minutes Stir frequently Cook 3 cups of rice in the meantime (Avoid rice if you want a ketogenic diet) Add 1 cup chicken broth after 10 minutes Cover and simmer on low 10 more minutes Juice 1 lemon Chop 1 handful of cilantro Mix 2 tablespoons flour in 1/2 cup water Pour lemon and flour into your chicken Add cilantro Simmer 2 minutes Serve with rice and vegetable of your choice Enjoy!
