This recipe was suggested to me as a substitute for expensive energy bars. They are easy to make, nothing to bake, and easy to take. You can lighten up on the honey or chips to make it less sweet (or just add more rolled oats). It is a great recipe, and the kids seem to like it as well. Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup semi-sweet chips 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup honey Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Roll into 1 inch balls and lay onto a lined tray. Freeze for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
