A GREAT tasting cheesecake starts with your graham cracker crust. This simple crust recipe requires only 2 things: graham crackers and butter. The best thing is that you won't need an oven. In fact, you don't need a food processor. You can break down your graham crackers with a blender, or you can just beat them down in a plastic bag. Ingredients: 150 grams of graham crackers 7 tablespoons butter Chop your graham crackers in your food processor until it has the consistency of dry sand. Add melted butter and process until it now has the consistency of wet sand. Pour into a 9 inch springform pan. Spread out graham crackers until you have a level base. Refrigerate until ready to use.
