While out on family holiday my brother-in-law boasted about his grilled chicken. Of course we had to try it out so he graciously grilled his perfectly tender and juicy chicken. The key is cooking low and slow so that the chicken cooks all the way through. He also mentioned that you kick up the heat towards the end so that you seal in all that tasty goodness while charring the outside. I must admit that it was VERY tasty. I hope you try and enjoy this video! Ingredients: Chicken breasts Barbecue sauce Slice chicken to a reasonable size. Marinate with barbecue sauce in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Grill at 300 °F for 10 minutes. Open the grill top every once in a while so the chicken doesn't over cook. Flip your chicken and grill at about 400 °F for another 10 minutes uncovered. Baste chicken with barbecue sauce. Serve and enjoy!
