Try this Phad Thai recipe by Blue Elephant Royal Thai Cuisine. This is an authentic recipe made by the famous Chef Nooror Sumany of Thailand. It was given as a gift to me by my sister-in-law (who lives in Thailand), and my wife and I enjoyed it immensely! If you can get a hold of this cooking set, then please do so. You will not be disappointed! Ingredients: (provided) Rice noodles Phad Thai sauce Dried spring onions Chili powder Cashew nuts (needed) Cooking oil 2 tablespoons Chicken breast 250g Bean sprouts 10g (or yellow peppers) 1 egg 1 lime Boil noodles for 5 minutes, strain, then coat with some oil. In medium heat saute chicken until cooked through, then push to the side. Add egg to empty space, then mix with the chicken when it is cooked. Add noodles, phad thai sauce, dried spring onions, and cashew nuts. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts (or peppers) just before turning off the heat. Garnish with chili flakes, bean sprouts, and lime wedge. Enjoy!
