Try out this breadless Philly cheesesteak recipe. It's simple to make and wonderful to eat! You don't need to be a master chef to learn how to make Philly cheesesteak fries. It just takes some prep time (cutting veggies) in order for you to put together this redneck poutin delight. In no time flat you'll be eating steak cheese fries at home. There are many recipes out there saying they are the best Philly cheesesteak fries recipe so I'll add mine to the mix. Ingredients: 4 Potatoes 1 Green Pepper 4 Mushrooms 1 Yellow onion 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 pound Shaved beef steak 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon Garlic powder Salt to taste Cheese (Provalone preferred) Thinly slice green pepper, mushroom, and onion. Heat your pan on medium or high heat. Add veggies and oil. Saute until fragrant, then remove half your veggies. Add your beef steak to the other half of the veggies. Cook for 4 minutes then flip. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Cook 4 more minutes (or until your beef is fully cooked). After the heat is turned off, then top with cheese. Let it melt, then serve onto your fries with the remaining veggies served on top.
