It is such a simple recipe and makes a sweet, delicious side dish to steak or even chicken. I had it plain and found it VERY satisfying. Mix sugar with egg yolk until you get a creamy mixture (about 10 minutes). Pour chocolate into the egg yolk. Fold egg whites into your chocolate goodness. Pour into a spring pan whose base is covered in aluminum foil and well oiled. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 300 °F. Remove from your oven and cool off. Then refrigerate overnight.
