Barbecue sauce is just about incredible on ANYTHING. This particular recipe is very basic, but tasty nonetheless! Seeing as this is a bbq sauce for beginners I used catsup as my base...which makes it an easy bbq sauce recipe. It still makes a sweet & tangy bbq sauce so I wouldn’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Ingredients: 2 cups catsup ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar 5 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 ½ tablespoons smoked paprika 1 teaspoon dry mustard ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder Put ingredients into a medium sized saucepan. Simmer on medium-high heat until it starts to bubble. Switch to low-medium heat for 13 to 15 minutes. Stir constantly as your sauce will bubble up and make a mess.
