You can’t go to your local fast food place for something this good. This is LEGENDARY fried chicken! If you’re into southern fried chicken, then this is the video for you. I’ll show you how to make crispy fried chicken at home easy. You could also call this a country fried chicken recipe, but either way your mouth will water when you make it. Ingredients: 1 cup fresh buttermilk 1 egg Up to 8 chicken legs 2 cups flour 4 tablespoons paprika ⅔ tablespoon salt 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon celery salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon ginger powder 1 tablespoon onion powder Vegetable oil Mix buttermilk and egg. Soak chicken legs in your buttermilk mix for 30 minutes. Combine all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Rub your coating mix onto your chicken legs making sure to fill in every nook and cranny. Let it sit another 30 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into a pan high enough to mostly cover your chicken legs. Heat oil to about 350°F. Fry chicken (2-3 at a time) for about 12 minutes. Let chicken dry on a raised rack(so that your coating doesn’t get soggy). EAT!
