I first came across this finger food idea while filming a sweet 16 party a couple months ago. The hosts were very friendly and generous with all the food they had....it was a GREAT gig. Anyway, if you're looking for a tasty party favor I highly recommend this tasty treat. Make sure to use white bread as it's more of a light snack. If you want a more filling meal, then use wheat bread. We made sandwiches with wheat bread for a recent family trip to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, and it totally took us through the rest of the day. I hope you find this recipe enjoyable as much as I did! Ingredients: 1 can luncheon meat (12 ounces) 1 roasted red pepper 1 sport pepper (optional) 1/2 cup green olives 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 jar cheese dip (12 to 14 ounces) White bread Roughly chop meat, peppers, and olives. Put into a food processor and pulse until completely chopped. Add mayonnaise and cheese dip then process more until well mixed. Cut off crust from bread, then place spread onto your bread. Cut into triangles and serve.
