This meal is perfect for the single guy who wants a great meal fast, or the family man who needs to feed everyone quick! It has protein, vegetables, rice, and seasonings. Just chop a few vegetables, add everything onto a frying pan (or pot), and watch a show while your masterpiece simmers to perfection. Enjoy! Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 onion 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 2/3 pound ground sausage Paprika Granulated garlic Black Pepper 1 cup rice 2 cups chicken stock Slice onion into slivers. Brown onion with olive oil on a frying pan on high heat. Add peppers and sausage. Add seasonings and rice when sausage browns. Cook rice with sausage for about 1 minute. Add chicken stock and lower heat. Simmer rice for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
