It's easy to make, delicious to taste, and excellent to share. It was so good that this lasted for only 2 meals with 3 people sharing. This is known as our Sausage Upside-Down Cornbread recipe. It has been passed down for generations on my wife's side of the family, and with good reason. I hope you try out this tasty dish and share your comments on your experience. Ingredients: 1 pound sausage 1 cup onions 1/3 cup green pepper 2 tablespoons flour 6 ounces tomato paste 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Cheese cubes Sliced black olives 1 box of corn muffin mix Brown sausage with onion and green pepper.
