Use for baking cakes, flavoring coffee, or serving soda! This is the basis for any type of flavored syrup. The key is to add equal amounts of sugar and water. The best part of it is that you can make ANY flavor of syrup you like. If you want vanilla syrup, then add vanilla. If you want ginger syrup, then add chopped ginger. If you want pumpkin spice, then add some pumpkin and spices. I think you get the point. This is such a simple recipe, and it can save you some money. Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1 cup water Pour sugar and water into a medium saucepan. Use medium heat. Swirl until sugar dissolves. When sugar water boils, then turn off heat. Let it cool off. Store and use for just about anything!
