I LOVED eating this meal. I'm not a fan of white meat so I used chicken thighs with this recipe, but any part of the chicken will do well. I made a separate video for the Thai Peanut Sauce. You can find that recipe in September's blog( I believe it was towards the end of September 2018). I really do hope that you try out this recipe some time soon. It was SUCH a great meal to have. Ingredients: 2 to 3 chopped chicken thighs Salt and pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Green peppers Thai peanut sauce Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder onto your chopped chicken. In a pan fry your seasoned chicken until it is nice and brown (charred even). Heat up your Thai Peanut Sauce in a saucepan or wok and simmer on medium heat. Add cooked chicken, and some chopped green peppers. Cook for a minute or two. Serve with white rice (preferably Jasmine) and enjoy!
